Drill rigs do not belong in kitchen windows—OVEC marches against fracking

"Stop the Frack" march on Washington, Saturday, July 28
Editing by Carolyn Bennett

Thousands of people from across the United States will converge on the U.S. Capitol on Saturday, July 28 in the first national action on fracking.

Demonstrators will tell Congress, the President and the world to
End the rush to drill
Stop the frack attack.
Invest/plan a more sustainable future where drilling for natural gas does not threaten air and water
The OVEC-Washington, D.C., rally starts at 2 p.m. at the Capitol, then proceeds on a two-mile demonstration. Along the way, it “stops to deliver frack water to the American Natural Gas Association (ANGA) and American Petroleum Institute (API).”

This message comes from an OVEC press alert.
